You are the customer, not the user. Marque is built so the value of your collection — what you own, what it is worth, what its history is — stays between you and your advisor.

What we do

Encrypted at rest and in transit.
Row-level security at the database layer isolates every user's records. Even Corto BV's own engineers cannot read your records without explicitly elevated access, which is logged.
Your vault is private storage. Files are never publicly served; the app fetches them through short-lived signed URLs.
The advisor processes your messages and documents through Anthropic. They do not retain that content for training.
No analytics. No advertising identifiers. No third-party trackers. No behavioural profiling.

What we do not do

We do not sell, share, or aggregate your data with insurers, auction houses, dealers, or any third party.
We do not require your real name or any verification beyond an email address.
We do not contact your address book, run social features, or import contacts.
We do not push notifications about your collection's value.

Your data, your terms

Your data is yours. Export or delete it at any time.
Account deletion wipes every record, document, and message within 48 hours.
If we ever change what we do with your data, every active account is emailed before the change takes effect.

Marque is operated by Corto BV, a private limited company registered in Belgium under VAT BE 0899.354.207. EU data protection (GDPR) applies to every record we hold.

Discretion is not a feature of Marque. It is the product.
